Return/Refund Policy

To return a product, you must request a Return Authorization number (RA) via email & return it with the RA clearly marked, to the Address we provide, with your Original Order Number (if you have it) and Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We are willing to assist you with your returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase. The returned product should be in its original state and complete packaging, it has all its accessories, manuals and everything that comes with it in the purchase, and return should be made within 30 days of shipment, beyond that, we will not accept any return.

Please note: You will be charged 15% of the total cost of the product as restocking fee when you return it. And all returns that are shipped back will be at your expense. We do NOT pay for shipping. Please make sure that you are ordering the right product to avoid incurring the above costs.

Shipping Refunds: (US ONLY)

In general, we do not refund shipping cost paid with your order. Shipping is equivalent to the cost of driving to and from your local store and you do not ask them to refund your gas, oil and vehicle wear and tear. There are exception, where we will refund you for Ground Shipping ONLY. Under no circumstances will we refund you for convenience shipping (Overnight, 2-day, 3-day, etc.). If you decide to convenience ship (other than ground), you do it at your own risk. Even if the item is faulty or not the correct item, we will only be responsible for Ground shipping.
