Return/Refund Policy

To return a product, you must request a Return Authorization number (RA) via email & return it with the RA clearly marked, to the Address we provide, with your Original Order Number (if you have it) and Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We are willing to assist you with your returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase. The returned product should be in its original state and complete packaging, it has all its accessories, manuals and everything that comes with it in the purchase, and return should be made within 30 days of purchase, beyond that, we will not accept any return.

Please note: You will be charged 25% of the total cost of the product as restocking fee when you return it. And all returns that are shipped back will be at your expense. We do NOT pay for shipping.

Please make sure that you are ordering the right product to avoid incurring the above costs.

Shipping Refunds: (US ONLY)

In general, we do not refund shipping cost paid with your order. Shipping is equivalent to the cost of driving to and from your local store and you do not ask them to refund your gas, oil and vehicle wear and tear. There are exception, where we will refund you for Ground Shipping ONLY. Under no circumstances will we refund you for convenience shipping (Overnight, 2-day, 3-day, etc.). If you decide to convenience ship (other than ground), you do it at your own risk. Even if the item is faulty or not the correct item, we will only be responsible for Ground shipping.






Cancelled Orders (All Cancelled Orders Must be in Writing)

Any order cancelled before the credit card is charged will NOT incur a fee, however, once your card has been charged, there will be a 10% fee to cover the Cost of Processing. We must pay for both the charge and the refund. Any order cancelled after it has shipped will have to come back as a return and will be charged a 25% restock/processing fee. Almost all distributors charge a 25% restocking. 25% is an industry standard.

Please Note: Before we can cancel any order, we must get confirmation that our distributor has not shipped it and has in fact cancelled the order.


All Pre-Ordered Orders, regardless of whether charged or not, can be cancelled at anytime before shipment, without any cost to you. To cancel, just send us an email (we make it easy, just reply back to the copy of your order or send us an email) and we will request a cancel and confirm from our distributor to make sure it has not been shiped.

Once confirmed we will refund you immediately and cancel your order. We do this so you can be on the list to receive an item, yet still be able to look elsewhere. if you find one, just tell us. If not, you will be sure to get one. We send out update emails on all Pre-Ordered items to keep our customers abreast of the latest status. We may also offer special opportunities, if available, as a substitute.
